Croydon Juniors FC played table football in Just Falafel
The footballers of yesteryear made do with a slice of orange for their half-time refreshment, but today's generation clearly have more international tastes.
One Croydon team will be fuelled by falafel after signing a deal with a newly opened eaterie.
Local champions Croydon Juniors FC tucked into wraps to mark the opening of Just Falafel, their new sponsor, on Monday.
The team's players donned their new kits - provided by the restaurant - for the first time and enjoyed a game of table football in the Wellesley Road branch.
