A man encamped in a cemetery after a housing row with Sutton Council was thrown out of a courthouse this week.
Islam Mohammoud, from Egypt, has created a makeshift tent in the grounds of St Nicholas Church on St Nicholas Way, near Sutton's Civic Centre.
On Monday (July 29) he was ejected from Croydon Magistrates Court by security staff.
One witness, who did not want to be named, said: "It looked like he was being abusive to staff and they threw him out."
Mr Mohammoud was not at the court as a defendant.
