Drop-in drawing classes will be held at the Rose Theatre in Kingston over the next two months.
Starting on Monday, classes will include life drawing and clothed model sessions in both the theatre gallery and circle bar.
The classes will take place between 10am and 1pm on October 14 and 21, and November 11, 18 and 25.
If the sessions are successful, it is hoped more can be held in December, before becoming a regular fixture at the High Street venue.
Art teacher Sue Wright said: “These classes are for everybody, from experienced artists to those who have never drawn before.
"Experienced art teachers will enable participants to explore different techniques using a range of materials."
Each three-hour session costs £30. There is no need to book.
