Chelsea and ex-England captain John Terry has sold his neighbouring Oxshott houses for £21.25m.
The ex-England captain has made a profit of £10m on his Oxshott mansion after selling it for £16m, following the sale of his neighbouring house for £5.25m last year.
Terry originally bought the nine-bedroom mansion for £1.8m in 2007 and spent £4m refurbishing it.
According to the Daily Mail, the house, near Chelsea’s training ground in Cobham, is worth twice as much as the average Surrey property.
Cobham and Oxshott, where people pay more tax than anywhere else in the country, are home to some of the richest Brits, including a number of Chelsea players.
