Mayor of London Boris Johnson took a stroll in a sun bathed Croydon town centre this afternoon.
Mr Johnson spoke to shoppers and residents ahead of the local elections next week.

The Tory mayor arrived at East Croydon and as met by Council Leader Coun Mike Fisher, Croydon’s GLA member Coun Steve O’Connell and Chris Philp, parliamentary candidate for Croydon South.
Mr Johnson then took a look at the new East Croydon bridge before heading to North End to speak to shoppers and then on to Surrey Street Market.
He posed for photos with a number of people and even took a couple of selfies.
