Former Kingstonian midfielder Matt Pattison returned from injury on Wednesday to fire Met Police in to poll position for a place in the Ryman Premier League top five.
Pattison, dogged by hamstring problems this season, struck in the 64th minute as the Blues triumphed 1-0 at Grays Athletic to follow Saturday’s impressive 0-0 draw at Dulwich Hamlet.
The two results moved Imber Court chief Jim Cooper’s men up to fourth in the table, two points clear of sixth placed East Thurrock United with two games in hand.
The Blues host Grays on Saturday.
