A double-decker bus, which is set to be converted into a comedy club, rolled into Croydon as the run up to the first annual Ambition Festival officially began.
The BlundaBus appeared in Croydon’s North End on Sunday and will be positioned there for the next five days where it will undergo a makeover.
After that, it will relocate to Queens Gardens where its transformation will continue.
The bus will host a variety of comedy shows spanning 17 days from Friday, July 10 to Sunday, July 26.
As each show is staged, the BlundaBus will take a little more shape, climaxing at the Ambition Festival where the bus will relocate to Fairfield Halls to be formally opened.
The festival, which is taking place in various venues across Croydon, is a four-day mix of indoor and outdoor performances and installations, including dance, music and comedy shows.
At the end of their time in Croydon, the BlundaBus will head up to Scotland to take a central role in the annual Edinburgh Fringe arts festival.
