A bright start across London will give away to cold winds, occasional rain and perhaps a little snow tonight, according to the Met Office.

London will become cloudier from the west through the day as rain and some sleet make progress eastwards.

Temperatures are expected to reach freezing tonight, with a chance of a light dusting of snow and sleet this evening and tomorrow.
