Inspirational boxing legend Frank Bruno was back in the ring last week.
He was joined by two future stars at Crystal Palace FC - 20-year-old Wandsworth boy Hiram Boateng, and 18-year-old Croydon lad Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong.
Bruno, 54, was in good form, as these pictures show, larking around with Frank Bruno Boxing Academy co-founder Wayne Llewelyn at Priory School in Orpington.
He then put on the pads to take a few real punches from some of the students at the academy.
The Palace boys were there as the event was hosted by the Crystal Palace FC Foundation and took a few hits from the young people too, including 12-year-old Kirsty.
When they are not helping kids into boxing gloves, the Crystal Palace Foundation also runs basketball, golf and table tennis sessions.
Bruno told organisers: "Boxing changed my life completely, I started when I was eight and it was the best thing that could have happened to me."
And Berkeley-Agyepong, whose parents were Olympians, joked: "I’m a professional sportsman meant to be here to help these kids but in that ring they were the ones helping me out."
