Having just put his life on the line in the wilds of Venezuela, Steve Backshall’s autumn should be a doddle by comparison.
The daredevil TV presenter and children’s author is heading out on tour to share stories from his expeditions and face-to-face wildlife encounters.
The Wild World Tour comes to Dorking Halls on October 22, Bromley’s Churchill Theatre on October 26, the Royal Geographical Society on November 11, Dartford’s Orchard Theatre on November 12 and Richmond Theatre on November 20.
Steve will give a glimpse behind the scenes of what he considers ‘the best job in the world’ with tales from his adventures to the wildest places on earth confronting its deadliest beasts, including insights from his latest series Steve Backshall’s Extreme Mountain Adventure and his upcoming ITV series Fierce.
The tour will also accompany the release of Shark Seas, the fourth in his series of Falcon Chronicles children’s novels.
