Families will be able to enjoy outdoor theatre shows in the magical surroundings of Kew Gardens.
The Royal Botanic Gardens will host performances of The Wind in the Willows and The Dream Fairies – Adventure through Bubble Land from July 23 to August 28.
Picnics are encouraged for Glenn Elston’s production of Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows features plenty of music, songs and laughs.
The show will bring to life the iconic characters of Ratty, Mole, Badger, Otter, Portly and Mr Toad while the Head Chief Rabbit transforms the audience into rabbits.
The young ‘rabbits’ are then encouraged to get involved in the action.
The Dream Fairies, suitable for children aged three to six, promises an interactive sing and clap along adventure with bubbles, acrobatics and magic for little ones who are invited to come dressed as a fairy or an elf.
Tickets cost from £12.90 children and £17.90 adults. Go to theatreonkew.co.uk
