Wondering where to eat this weekend? Look no further, we have compiled a list of the best restaurants in Wimbledon according to TripAdvisor.
1) Holy Smoke, Leopold Road
Picture: TripAdvisor
Halfway between Wimbledon and Wimbledon Chase, the gentleman's club interior at Holy Smoke has an extensive whiskey list to match. One reviewer said that "some might find the atmosphere a little quirky, but I can assure you its an absolute gem."
The restaurant may be a little off the well-beaten track of Wimbledon Broadway, but Julian N says: "How can a small restaurant in a parade of shops in a lesser known part of Wimbledon have the third best rated restaurant in London on Trip Advisor? Executive Summary: Truly fantastic restaurant run by a genius."
2) The Ivy Cafe, Wimbledon Village
The Ivy Cafe is ranked the #2 restaurant in Wimbledon on Tripadvisor
Looming impressively over the little boutiques and cafes in Wimbledon Village, the "French brasserie" style branch of prestigious chain The Ivy has an all-day menu available from breakfast til late.
Ivy Cafe first-timer ADailey on Tripadvisor said: "Girls night out, and what a night. It was my first visit, much bigger than expected. We were sat in the covered courtyard, which was heated. What a lovely space, and incredibly warm. Excellent service. Amazing cocktails. Lovely food."

3) Ambience, Leopold Road
Voted last year as the UK's most loved takeaway by hungryhouse.co.uk, Ambience specialises in Turkish and Lebanese cuisine. One reviewer said that it was "nice to be away from the chains on the high street" and that kebabs were "fresh and very tasty, the chicken shish did not disappoint."
The restaurant is family-run and according to reviewer Ruroliza has "a great bar and superb cocktails". Another highlight was the charcoal grill, from which food tastes "beyond divine."

4) Eggs Benedict Cafe, Merton High Street

A brunch-place favourite for locals, Eggs Benedict is a "beautiful little neighbourhood café, there's not a lot of seating, but it's cozy and has a very personal feel to it. As the name suggests, they specialise in eggy breakfasts but also offer sandwiches, cakes and a variety of other delicious foods all made in house."
A car recently crashed into the newsagents next door but the cafe is still very much open for business.

5) Little Vietnam, Kingston Road

With "little" being the operative word, what this Vietnamese lacks in space makes up for in rave reviews on Tripadvisor. James R said: "We came here last week with our baby daughter, and came back again this week. This is a real gem of a find. The decor is a little tired but the food is fantastic, the value is excellent and the staff are very friendly."
Reviewer Krupasinghe visited the restaurant on a whim and said that food was delicious and "arrived surprising quickly for something cooked in a home kitchen."
6) Chango Empanadas, High Street Wimbledon
This Argentinian tapas and empanada restaurant in Wimbledon Village has been described by one Tripadvisor reviewer as "a nice change from the paltry culinary offering in this part of Wimbledon."
The small space is "small but beautiful and cosy" according to another reviewer, from Minneapolis US. The restaurant is open weekday evenings but from 11am to 11pm at the weekend.
7) Five Guys, Wimbledon Broadway

Ideally situated on Wimbledon Broadway, Five Guys is perfect to lighten your pockets when McDonalds in Centre Court is closed.
Reviewer Liz M said the "burgers, hot dogs and chips are all very tasty here" but disappointingly the milkshakes were "average" and she can't respect an establishment that serves Coronas without limes.
Reviewers recommend filling your pockets with the free peanuts after taking out a second mortgage to pay for your cheeseburger.
8) Three Six Six, Garratt Lane
This cocktail bar has inexplicably made number eight on Tripadvisor's top ten restaurants in Wimbledon without having the capacity to serve food.
So called Three Six Six because it sits at 366 Garratt Lane, the business is opening another branch in Battersea, also called Three Six Six, but located at 126, not 326, St John's Hill.
Reviewers say drinks are "perfectly crafted" and that the signature punch is a must-have.
9) Adams Fish Resturant and Take Away, Kingston Rd

Missing a possessive apostrophe and any negative reviews out of the four currently on Tripadvisor, Adams slides into Wimbledon's top 10 restaurants. According to Zelgo123 the place is "legendary".
Ivan P described portion sizes as having "more chips than a Yorkshiremans shoulder" and with the takeaway just a stone's throw from South Wimbledon tube station, you'll be the centre of everyone's food envy on your trip home.
10) Tortuga Caribbean Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Replingham Road

Securing its number 10 ranking with a grand total of two Tripadvisor reviews, this restaurant seems to now be called "The Slum".
We will have to take the words of Lisa S and SurreyReuben who say the "staff are very informal and friendly, which makes you feel that you are out with friends", whilst the seafood platter was "fresh" with "great flavours".
