A man arrested at Heathrow Airport on January 4 for terror offences has been charged.
According to the Metropolitan Police, Tadesse Kersmo, 51 of north London was charged on Tuesday July 4 with eight counts of 'possession of articles containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism'.
This is in 'contrary to section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000'.
He was also charged with one count of attendance at a place used for terrorist training contrary to section 8 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
He will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday July 5.
