Police are urgently appealing for information on a 12-year-old boy who has been missing for two weeks.

Daisharn Carr was last seen at approximately 2pm on June 17 when he left the Croydon home of a family member.

Police have carried out extensive enquiries to find Daisharn but he is yet to be located.

Due to the length of time he has been missing, officers and family are increasingly concerned for his welfare.
