Two cars were destroyed off Sutton High Street and three people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in a car park on St Nicholas Road.
The London Fire Brigade were called were called at around 2:40am on November 4 to deal with the fire in the office block car park.
Two fire engines attended and LFB said the fire was under control by around 6:30am, by which time two cars were destroyed and one damaged.
Seven people evacuated the building, whilst one person had to be led to safety by the fire brigade.
Three people were then treated for minor smoke inhalation, and the car park was cordoned off.
The LFB said the cause of the investigation was still under investigation, and confirmed that a team had been sent to look at the incident further.
