Police have named a man charged with a Croydon stabbing earlier this year.
Officers were called at 5.26pm on August 30, to Croydon High Street after a 21-year-old man was found suffering from a stab injury.
The man was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
Jamaine Speede 21, of no fixed abode, was arrested on September 5 and later charged with GBH with intent, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis.
He appeared at Camberwell Magistrates' Court the following day and was remanded to appear at a crown court in February 2020.
Three men – aged 19, 20 and 22 – were also arrested on suspicion of causing GBH and were later released with no further action.
A fourth man, aged 21, was arrested on September 28 and charged - a decision was later taken to take no further action.
