A woman had her teeth broken during an attempted robbery earlier this month.
The attack happened at 11.30am on Tuesday, February 4 at Reeves Corner Tram Stop.
A man tried ripping the victim’s bag from her hands, causing her to fall over and suffer injuries to her face and teeth.
Witnesses challenged the man and he ran away empty handed towards West Croydon station where he is believed to have boarded a train.
British Transport Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak with as they believe he may have information that can help their investigation.
Anyone who knows him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40. In both cases, quote reference number 208 of 04/02/20.
