A close friend of murdered Peninah Kabeba, who was stabbed to death at her home in Cheam, has released a picture alongside a fundraising appeal.
Peninah Kabeba, 42, was allegedly killed by a lodger at her residence on Park Road in Cheam Village on May 27.
Police were called by her neighbours at around 9.55pm to reports of a disturbance at a residential address.
Officers attended and found Peninah inside the address suffering from stab injuries, though she was sadly pronounced dead at 10.34pm.
Mohsen Saadi, 56, of no fixed address, has been charged with her murder.

Peninah was described as a "beautiful soul" on a fundraising page set up by friend Tricia Nyamata, it read:
"This page has been set up to make sure Penny gets the send-off she deserves.
"This tragedy has caused tremendous hurt and indescribable pain to Penny’s family and many friends across the globe.
"Penny was a kind, giving, loving, respected and a wonderful individual.
"Her tragic loss has been a shock to the community and all those who knew her.
"To the world, Penny is another tragedy, but to many of us she was a daughter, mum, an aunt, sister, friend, and colleague.
"Her family and friends are outraged by her murder and will fight to ensure justice is served.
"We are looking to raise as much money as possible in the next few weeks to be able to accord our beloved Penny a decent send- off by meeting funeral expenses both in the UK and Uganda.
"Your support and kindness will be greatly appreciated."
