Police called to suspicious object
Police have reopened a road in Richmond after a false alarm over a "suspicious object".
Officers in Richmond were investigating an object found on Deanhill Road shortly after 11 am.
As a precaution, residents were urged to avoid the area as properties were evacuated.
Met Police have since confirmed that the incident has been "stood down".
