An unused Sutton care home is reportedly being used by youths to hang out and smoke cannabis.
Carshalton South and Clockhouse said that the youths are hanging out and smoking in the grounds of the care home in Woodcote Grove.
Officers warned that trespassing is against the law.
They also said they will be patrolling the area every shift to make sure no one is "participating in illegal activities".

The care home is locked up and there is an occupied care home next door with 24/7 maintenance staff.
Police have warned they will be notified if any trespassers are seen.
