A man from Croydon has been fined £2,026 for arriving at Luton Airport with no Covid passenger locator form.
Romi-dorn Cuciureanu arrived in England from Suceava on February 5, 2021.
The 44-year-old failed to provide passenger information “without a reasonable excuse”.
Cuciureanu, of Chepstow Rise in Croydon, was found guilty for the offence at Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court on December 13, 2021.
He was fined an initial £1,760 for the offence, an extra £176 to fund victim services and £90 for the costs of the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was given until January 10 to pay the fine.
