Pedestrian, 40, in critical condition after being hit by car in Croydon
A 40-year-old pedestrian is in a critical condition after he was hit by a car in Croydon.
Police were called to the scene of the crash on Gravel Hill at around 6.45pm on Sunday, January 22.
The driver of the car – a Volvo V40 – stopped at the scene. They driver was not arrested and are assisting police.
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating.
Any witnesses are asked to call police on 101 quoting reference CAD 5240/23Jan.
