A man from Croydon has appeared in court over an illegal number plate on his Porsche.
Riaz Ahmed was caught driving the Porsche on the A3 Hook Road on June 19, 2021.
The "registration mark required to be fixed on the front of the vehicle failed to comply with the Road Vehicles Regulations 2001".
This was because the spacing was incorrect and it had no manufacturer's marks.
The 59-year-old was found guilty of the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on January 18, 2022.
Ahmed, of Ashwood Gardens in Croydon, was ordered to pay £354 - including a £220 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £100.
This must be paid by February 15.
