A man has been fined more than £3,500 for arriving at Heathrow airport with no Covid passenger locator form.
Mohamed Amer arrived in England from Cairo on February 23, 2021.
The 45-year-old failed to provide passenger information “without a reasonable excuse”.
Amer, of Springfield Road in Windsor, was found guilty for the offence at Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court on January 31, 2022.
He was fined an initial £3,230 for the offence, an extra £190 to fund victim services and £90 for the costs of the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was given until March 28 to pay the fine totalling £3,510.
