THE driver of a Mercedes has been fined almost £600 after speeding in Bromley.
Ben Mould, of Park Hill Road in Croydon, was caught speeding at 42mph in Hook Farm Road which has a speed limit of 30mph on September 3, 2021.
He was found guilty during a single justice procedure hearing at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on March 30, 2022.
Mould was ordered to pay £574 which includes a £440 fine, £44 to fund victim services, and costs of £90.
He was also given four points on his driving licence.
The speed was recorded by a Redspeed system.
The fine for the offence must be paid by April 27, 2022.
