An Inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions under paragraph 1(i) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to determine this appeal.
A local inquiry has been arranged for 18/03/2008 starting at 10.00am.
The local inquiry will take place in the Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon. You may attend the hearing, and at the Inspector's discretion, give your views.
