Molesey 2 Kingstonian 2
Molesey were joined by a high number of away fans who travelled a short distance from Kingston giving the Moles the second highest attendance of the weekend in the Ryman South Division.
The game started off, perhaps surprisingly, with Molesey dominating the early chances.
Grant Keywood fired a shot narrowly wide from 30 yards before the opening goal came for the Moles.
Molesey won a free-kick from near the halfway line, Omonua's cross fell slightly short but Luke Edghill was well placed to hook it into the six yard box, where Doug Ford was the first to react and slid the ball past ex-mole Luke Garrard for his first goal for Molesey.
Molesey then found themselves immediately under a lot of pressure, which they defended stoutly by introducing Wilkinson in the back line for the first time this season.
Saheed Sankoh hit a free-kick just over the bar, and then just a minute later the ball was scrambled off Molesey's goal line.
Jon Ashwood in the Molesey goal found himself very busy in the 37th minute when he saved well using his body from a Ks header in the box and then Ashwood was forced into an athletic dive to stop a deflected shot from looping over him.
Just as it seemed that Molesey had weathered this tricky spell, the referee undid all of the hard work Molesey had put into the half.
A long-ball clearance upfield from Ks found Sankoh running at goal with Rob Wilkinson and Phil Caughter for company.
Wilkinson slid in and made an excellent challenge in which he clearly won the ball. Referee John O'Brien, however, saw things differently and awarded a penalty, much to the disgust of the home fans and management team.
Up stepped Bobby Traynor to score the equaliser past Ashwood, who had guessed the direction well but couldn't get down in time.
The Moles protested strongly at half-time but the damage was, seemingly, already done.
The second half started with another penalty appeal - this time Kingstonian felt hard done by as Ashwood clearly held back a Ks striker but the referee waved play on.
Perhaps the referee was trying to amend for his previous error.
Keywood then fired two shots off target before Kingstonian broke through in the 62nd minute.
A typical Ks free-kick from the halfway line was floated towards the edge of Molesey penalty box which met the head of Sankoh.
From then, it was all too easy for Bobby Traynor to find space and time to turn in the box and fire Ks' second goal between Ashwood's legs.
Molesey fans were left despairing, as fate seemingly was against them again and they could be staring at their seventh straight defeat.
But the game changed with the introduction of Adrian Allen and debutants Joel Korocz and Laurent Hamici, on loan from Carshalton.
A slow and largely dull second half was ended when the Moles managed to reverse normal practice for their matches and score a last minute equaliser of their own.
Another free-kick was flighted into the box by Caughter and, after an excellant flick-on from Rob Wilkinson, the ball was headed home by Hamici with a high looping header that deceived Luke Garrard in the Ks goal for his debut goal.
At 2-2 this was the final piece of action, which sent the Molesey fans into delight and mostly quietened the Kingstonian fans.
