A man has been fined £826 in court for failing to give identification information to police when required.
Charles Chidi Umeh, of George Street in Croydon, failed to provide officers with information relating to the identification of the driver of the Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The incident occurred in New Street in Central London on October 25, 2021.
The 49-year-old was found guilty during a single justice procedure hearing at Bromley Magistrates Court on May 20, 2022.
He was ordered to pay £826 in total, by June 17, 2022.
This includes a £66 surcharge to victim services, costs of £100 and a £660 fine.
Umeh was also given six penalty points on his license.
