Passengers aboard the BA flight that crash landed at Heathrow last month are considering legal action, according to a lawyer who says she has been approached to seek compensation.
Solicitor Sally Moore said she had been approached by a couple of passengers who were on the flight that crashed on January 17.
Ms Moore, who is head of the accidents and disasters department at law firm Leigh Day and Co, said passengers could be in line for compensation payouts of £80,000 each.
A BA spokeswoman said the company was in contact with all passengers aboard BA 38 and were talking to them individually about their specific needs and requirements.
