Two men are being sought for a racially provoked assault in an Indian restaurant in Chessington.
Kingston Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault which took place on Monday, January 14 at 11.40pm at the Maariyas Indian Cuisine restaurant in North Parade, Chessington.
The victim was a 24 year-old male who challenged two men that went into the restaurant and wanted to be served alcohol even though it was past the licensing hours.
Police are looking for two white males who are approximately 25-years-old.
One has short black hair and is 6ft tall and the second has short brown hair and is approximately 5ft 8in tall.
