A man has appeared in court after trespassing into a Turtle Bay restaurant in Croydon with the intention of stealing.
David Twitchett admitted to trespassing into Turtle Bay in Croydon High Street on March 6, 2022 with an intent to steal.
The 43-year-old was ordered to pay £749 for the offence during a hearing at Croydon Magistrates' Court on May 30, 2022.
This includes a £230 fine, £400 in compensation, £34 surcharge to victim services and costs of £85.
Twitchett, of Fieldend Road in SW16, must pay £100 per month starting on June 27, 2022.
