A man has been taken to hospital after a disturbance in Thornton Heath.
The incident happened in Gillett Road today (June 11) at 4am.
Officers attended and found a man suffering from a head injury.
The man, aged in his 40s, was given first aid and then taken to hospital by police.
His condition is believed not to be life-threatening.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: "Police were called at around 4am on Saturday, June 11, to a disturbance at an address in Gillett Road, Thornton Heath.
"Officers attended the location and found a man suffering a head injury.
"The man, aged in his 40s, was given first aid and then taken to hospital by police officers.
“The man’s condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
"Two people have been arrested in connection with the investigation."
