The newspapers have been full of eulogies to the victims of the Munich air crash - which happened 50 years ago today.
In particular, the likes of Sir Bobby Charlton have been recalling the career of Duncan Edwards, the all-action Manchester United player who died at the age of 21.
But when Football League clubs were asked to contribute half a century ago to a memorial for Edwards only two came forward - Crystal Palace and Brentford.
As a result, two stained glass windows in Edwards' local church, St Francis's in Dudley in the West Midlands, feature Palace and Bees logos above lasting tributes to the former England international.
The stained glass windows were officially unveiled by legendary Manchester United manager Matt Busby in 1961.
