Staines went flippin' crazy this week as the high street played host to the annual pancake race.

The overall winners were MLS Chase Solicitors who battered all opposition and donated £200 to Shopmobility.

The lemons squeezed into second place were the George Pub whose staff and customers raised £190.

The fancy dress prize was shared between The Cats that got the Cream from Waitrose and The Elmsleigh Teds from the Elmsleigh Centre.

Waitrose's WAGS scooped the good sports prize but stuck to the ceiling in last were the Clarke Kermits from Clarke Recruitment.
