One of Richmond's oldest residents was sent a second telegram by the Queen after reaching her 105th birthday.
Florence Read, known to everyone as Molly, celebrated the landmark birthday with a party at St Mary's House, a care home in Ormond Avenue, Hampton, on Sunday, February 3, the day she turned 105.
When asked for a secret as to her longevity, Molly said: "I have no idea. All I know is I have worked hard all my life. I took one day at a time, as I do now."
