Hounslow Heath rangers need help naming the latest additions to the family.
With three new calves the herd on the heath is growing and they need help identifying one cow from the other.
So the rangers want people to take part in a competition to name the new babies - two females and a male.
Chris Poore senior ranger said; "The names can be anything you like.
"You might hark back to the historical past of the heath and take your inspiration from the highway men who use to roam the area.
"You could choose to name it after yourself, a relative, friend or anyone else who may or may not be pleased about having a Hounslow Heath cow named after them.
"Alternatively come and visit our new babies and see what you think suits them. The more imaginative the better.
"The cows are a really popular addition to the heath and the new calves are quickly developing personalities of their own.
"It's going to be great to see what names people come up with and we hope it will encourage more people to visit them."
Mr Poore said having the cows is a fantastic way of managing the land.
He said: "Their grazing helps improve the quality of the habitats and makes way for wild flowers to burst through."
The new names will be revealed on February 16 with a free event starting with a short walk round the heath at noon and an opportunity to feed the cows their very special food mix.
