Reports are coming in that a car has mounted the pavement in Surbiton and hit a pedestrian possibly pushing a buggy this afternoon.
The incident is believed to have happened at approximately 4.45pm in Surbiton High Street outside Sainsbury's.
One onlooker reported seeing the wreckage of a buggy in front of one of two cars which collided and mounted the pavement.
Victoria Road is believed partially blocked between Brighton Road and St Andrews Road.
