Molesey's dismal season shows no signs of abating as they slumped to a 2-0 defeat at Cray Wanderers on Saturday.
Despite a battling performance against the Ryman Division One South high- flyers, the Moles saw their winless streak extended to seven games.
Molesey frustrated their opponents in the first half, but had no answer when Cray emerged fired-up for the second period.
Molesey, who are now 12 points adrift at the bottom, face a crucial home test against fellow basement boys Walton Casuals on Saturday.
And the Moles will be boosted by the fact they have struck two goals in each of their past two home draws.
