A 53-year-old from West Molesey and a 32-year-old from Twickenham have been charged following a police drugs raid.
James Ainscough an IT consultant of Park Crescent, Twickenham and Jean Claude Frigieri, a business owner from Bukingham Avenue will both appear before City of Westminster Magistrates' Court today charged with conspiracy to launder the proceeds of crime.
A further 17 men have been charged following yesterday's dawn raids which saw officers swoop on more than 30 homes.
Another three people were arrested for immigration offences.
Around £6m of cocaine and four guns were seized during the operation which involved 520 officers.
The Met say the operation was its largest ever simultaneous set of raids and took seven weeks to plan.
