A man serving a life sentence for a series of rape offences has escaped from a south London hospital.
Terrence O'Keefe, 39, escaped from Kings College Hospital on Thursday afternoon after he was taken there for medical treatment.
He was transferred from Lambeth Hospital and was found to be missing at around 2pm.
O'Keefe is serving a life-sentence for rape offences.
In 2005 he escaped from Accident and Emergency at the same hospital and fled to Liverpool, where he is known to have connections.
Police say he is dangerous and should not be approached.
He is a light skinned black man, who may be wearing glasses.
He was last seen wearing a green fleece jumper, black jeans, and tanned Timberland style boots. He has a shaved head.
There was a confirmed sighting of him in Brixton at 3pm on Friday afternoon at around 3pm.
O' Keefe is known to have connections in both London and Liverpool.
