Staines pupils are being given the opportunity to earn training spots with Fulham Football Club by carrying out good deeds.
Pupils from Our Lady of the Rosary Junior School, Park Avenue, will take part in the initiative, the Stay Onside Scheme, organised by Surrey Police and Fulham FC.
The scheme, launched on Thursday, is designed to encourage pupils to behave well at home and school by allowing them to collect good work points on a small personal card.
The pupils can then use the points to qualify for free football coaching during April's school holidays.
Sergeant Peter Lacey, from Surrey Police, kicked off the scheme in the school at a special assembly along with Fulham FC youth coach Steve Lapere and club mascot Billy the Badger.
Sgt Lacey said: "It's not that hard to Stay Onside if you think about what you are doing and avoid causing problems for yourself and others.
"If you do that you will not only be able to come on the football courses but by avoiding gangs and trouble you will stay fit and happy.
"If you get the chance to do a good turn for a person at school or around your neighbourhood then why not try to improve your community? This scheme is all about rewarding good behaviour so let's all go for it."
Steve Lapere, Fulham FC youth coach, said: "Football like life needs a good degree of discipline and teamwork to achieve great things."
The scheme is funded from the Surrey High Sheriff Youth Awards Scheme and Spelthorne Local Strategic Partnership.
