A Wimbledon street has made the 15 most expensive addresses in England in the latest house price survey.
According to the Mouseprice survey, the homes in Highbury Road are worth an average £4,935,200 each, making the street the 14th most expensive in the country.
A quick scan of the road in Wimbledon Hill shows 16 large homes set on big blocks, large drives, some with conservatories while neighbours have swimming pools.
The nation's top three streets were Courtnenay Avenue near Hampstead in north London where the average house price is £6,803,900, along with traditional favourites Chelsea Square (£6,440,600) and Manresa Road (£6,193,300) in central London.
Mouseprice's Zipporah Morrison Baker said it was no surprise all 20 top priced streets were in London but just outside the top list were parts of Weybridge and Virginia Water.
South Ridge in Weybridge and Waverley Drive and Portnall Rise in Virginia Water all had average prices above £4million.
Other expensive addresses were Ravenscroft Road (£3,724,900), Golf Club Road (£3,512,200), Granville Road (£3,479,400), West Road (£3,429,800) and Abbotswood Drive (£3,308,800) in Weybridge and North Drive, Virginia Water (£3,710,100) and Kings Warren, Oxshott (£3,534,500).
Mouseprice compiles average house prices for every street in England and Wales.
