Apparently having Kate Moss as a neighbour reduces crime - aside from the occasional vandalism.
The Croydon-born supermodel's in upmarket St John's Wood say Kate presence, and the paparazzi drawn to cover her and the police keeping an eye on them are making their streets safer.
Sadly, the good work appears to be undone when she is on holidays.
Moss returned from the Maldives earlier this week to find vandals has defaced her front brick wall.
The 34-year-old moved to the area last year to get away from the Primrose Hill party set.
Her will be particularly gutted as the property is currently undergoing renovations to bring it up to scratch.
Moss decided to move homes at the end of last year reportedly in search of a quieter life style away from the party pack at Primrose Hill.
