An Islamic School in west London preached "race hate", a Feltham teacher claiming unfair dismissal says.
Ex-teacher Colin Cook told an employment tribunal the Saudi-funded King Fahad School taught students from a textbook calling Jewish people repugnant and Christians pigs.
Mr Cook, 58, is seeking £135,000 for unfair dismissal, race discrimination and victimisation.
But the school says Mr Cook was sacked for misconduct.
The tribunal also heard schools minister Jim Knight ordered an inquiry in to the school after Mr Cook's textbooks claim but found it provided a satisfactory education.
Appearing for the school, Simon Cheetham said Mr Cook could not prove the offensive passages were used in lessons.
The hearing continues.
