AND 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS IN KEELEY ROAD, CROYDON.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make a Traffic Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:-
(a) introduce waiting restrictions "at any time" throughout the week in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice;
(b) introduce loading restrictions "at any time" throughout the week in a length of Keeley Road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
3. A copy of the proposed Order and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Enquiry Counter, "One Stop" Facility, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.

5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Order Making Section, Parking Services, Environment, Culture and Public Protection, 9th Floor, South West Side, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 1EN quoting the reference ECPP/PS/JGH/7/A2 by 20 March 2008.
6. The Order is intended to introduce 'At any time' waiting restrictions at various locations and 'At any time' waiting and loading restrictions in Keeley Road, Croydon. The measures are intended to improve safety by providing increased visibility at junctions and on bends, prevent obstructive parking so that turning vehicles have sufficient manoeuverability and improve access for emergency and public service vehicles.
