Singer Javine Hylton gave birth to MC Harvey's baby at St George's Hospital in Tooting.
The couple, whose daughter arrived on Saturday, will call her Angel, it has been reported.
Popstars finalist Javine, 23, and Harvey, 28, of So Solid Crew, began an affair in November 2006 after meeting on reality show The Games.
They have since appeared together in the West End musical Daddy Cool.
Harvey dumped Strictly Come Dancing star Alesha Dixon after 18 months of marriage.
