The man accused of killing Walton businesswoman Kate Beagley was happy' when he turned up at a friend's house hours after the alleged attack, a court was told.
Karl Taylor, 27, arrived to show his new car' to friend Adrian Cardbow, which prosecutors claim he stole from Kate, 32, after killing her.
"He came down shouting rise and shine,'" said Mr Cardbow.
Kate was stabbed to death in a frenzied knife attack in June last year.
Football coach Karl Taylor, from Kemble Street, Covent Garden, denies murder.
