Opponents of Heathrow expansion have come down from the roof of Parliament after unfurling banners..
The group of five protesters unfurled banners saying "No third runway at Heathrow" about 9.30am and threw paper planes from the roof.
The Met Police believe the group gained access to the building after being signed in by a passholder.
Police are now questioning the members of the Plane Stupid group and trying to find out who helped them gain access to the roof.
Today is the last day of public consultation on the proposed airport expansion.
The protest comes two days after Greenpeace members clambered on top of a Boeing 777 at Heathrow and covered its tailfin in a banner.
