Snooker ace Jimmy White will challenge people to a game of pool at Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium on Friday.
For £100, members of the public can try their luck against the Whirlwind, who is donating his time for free.
He hopes to raise £5,000 for charity on the night.
All proceeds will go to Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare, which finds homes for the dogs when they stop racing.
It is the second year running that Tooting man Jimmy, a huge fan of greyhound racing, has taken part in the event at the Plough Lane venue.
"It will be nice to meet a few people and play a few games against fans," he said.
"They will all be trying to beat me so I will be trying to beat them too, but it's nice to meet the fans and have a bit of a laugh."
Darren Kennedy, general manager at Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium, said: "Jimmy has always been a fantastic ambassador for the sport of snooker and remains as popular as ever with his legions of fans.
"We are delighted to welcome him back to give people this unique opportunity to play one of snooker's biggest stars."
Jimmy will play around 15 games on Friday.
