Billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili who died in his Leatherhead mansion earlier this month has been buried in the Georgian capital Tbilisi.
Thousands of mourners gathered to applaud Georgia's richest man as his coffin was carried to his home.
Mr Patarkatsishvili, 52, was living in exile to avoid arrest on charges of plotting to overthrow the Georgian government.
He collapsed and died in front of his wife at their £10million Leatherhead mansion at 11pm on February 12.
Although the UK authorities are still awaiting the results of further tests, first indications suggest he died from natural causes.
A postmortem examination on the tycoon - who it was feared had been target for assassination by the Georgian Government - showed he died of heart failure.
The scene was reportedly tested for radioactivity but investigators found no evidence of radioactive materials being involved in Mr Patarkasishvili's death.
Earlier this week it was reported that his fortune will be split in half between his wife and other family members.
According to a family spokesman, 50 per cent of his fortune will go to his wife and the remainder to his children and mum.
